Monique’s Beauty Bar is not liable for:

Individual scheduling disputes

Damages arising from independent contractor negligence

Clients acknowledge that certain professionals may operate independently under their own business entities, licenses, and insurance coverage.

4. Appointment Policies

Booking

Deposit payment

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may experience:

Cancellation fees

No-Shows & Cancellations

Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

5. Deposits & Payments

Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled by Monique’s Beauty Bar.
Remaining balances are due at the time services are rendered.
We accept approved payment methods available at checkout.
Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in legal collection actions and permanent service refusal.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care services:

All service sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for completed services.
Retail product returns may only be accepted if unopened and unused within the permitted return window.
Corrective services may be offered at management discretion.

Dissatisfaction must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

9. Salon Conduct
