Refund & Return Policy
At Monique's Beauty Bar, we are committed to providing exceptional beauty experiences. Because many of our services are customized and performed by independent beauty professionals, our refund and return policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and service providers.
Service Refunds
All salon services are non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your service, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment. We will gladly schedule a consultation with your beauty professional to discuss appropriate adjustments.
Adjustment services must be completed within 7 days of the original appointment.
Refunds will not be issued due to:

Change of mind

Personal preference after the service is completed

Failure to follow aftercare instructions

Services received from another salon after your appointment
Retail Product Returns
Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
To qualify for a return:

Product must be unopened and unused.

Product must be in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used beauty products

Gift cards

Promotional or clearance items marked Final Sale

Customized or special-order products
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective retail product, notify us within 3 days of purchase. We will gladly replace the item or provide a refund after inspection.
Appointment Deposits
Appointment deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if notice is provided in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Independent Beauty Professionals
Monique's Beauty Bar is home to independent beauty professionals. Some service providers may have additional policies regarding adjustments, cancellations, or deposits. Clients are encouraged to review their provider's individual policies when booking.
